Interested contacts arriving from the public site, with their follow-up status always visible.
The mission cycle
What your company does in each phase.
Every mission moves through three moments. At each one, the tool shows what to review — no scattered emails or loose documents.
01 Before
- Confirm your participation: destination, dates and practical information.
- Update the public profile that potential clients will see.
- Upload the mission’s sales materials.
- Review the schedule and any enquiries already received.
02 During
- Check the day’s meetings from your phone.
- Keep your sales information ready to share.
- Note what was discussed in each meeting while it is fresh.
03 After
- Mark held meetings as completed.
- Record what was agreed and close each follow-up.
- Reply to any enquiries still pending.
The commercial core
From enquiry to meeting, without retyping data.
When an interested contact writes to your company from the public site, the enquiry lands in your area and becomes a meeting in three moves.
- 01
The enquiry arrives
A contact writes from your public profile or a mission page. The enquiry appears in your area with the message and the sender’s details.
- 02
Create the meeting from that data
Press “Create meeting from this data”: the schedule pre-fills mission, contact, email, country, company and message. You only add date, time and venue.
- 03
Meeting agreed
On save, the enquiry automatically becomes “Meeting agreed” and is linked to the appointment. That status is never set by hand: it always represents a real meeting in the schedule.
- 04
Held and followed up
After the mission, mark the meeting as held, record what was agreed and close the follow-up with one of the three states.
Follow-up, in three states.
No funnels, no opportunities, no CRM: every held meeting closes with one of these three answers.
- Still pending
- The meeting stays in “Pending follow-ups” until there is an answer.
- Contact made
- The commitment is met: the meeting moves to the history with its notes.
- No follow-up needed
- It closes with no further action and is archived in the history.

Frequently asked questions
What companies usually ask.
Who can access the company area?
Companies joining each trade mission. Each company sees only its own information: its profile, materials, meetings and enquiries.
Are uploaded materials published straight away?
No. Every file is uploaded privately and remains pending until administrative approval. Only then can it be made public and shown on your profile.
Do I need to know how to use a CRM?
No. There are no opportunities, funnels or tasks: enquiries get replies, meetings get scheduled, and follow-up closes with three understandable states.
In which time zone are meetings shown?
In mainland Spain time (Europe/Madrid) unless the mission defines its own time zone.
Where does company data come from?
From the central database of the Port Community of the Bay of Algeciras. Profiles sync from that base; missions, meetings, materials and enquiries live in AlgecirasTrade.
In which languages is it available?
The interface is available in Spanish, English and French, on both the public site and the company area.
Is your company joining a mission?
Open your company area to review any outstanding preparation. Access is enabled for the companies joining each mission.
